Sell-n-Serve Launch

NDA extends its expertise in creating pricing applications for telecom carriers with the launch of its Sell-n-Serve application designed to meet the quote to order and customer support needs of companies in all industries. Sell-n-Serve is designed for small to medium sized businesses looking for ways to decrease their quote turnaround times, decease their support costs and create more satisfied customers.

Designed to be used by both internal employees and customers, Sell-n-Serve decreases quote turnaround times by allowing users to browse product offerings and select products to be included in a quote or have the Product Wizard select the best product based on the customer's needs. Rates are managed in a centralized database and quotes created in minutes. An accepted quote is then converted into an order.

When customers have questions or problems, they can find answers themselves by searching the online Knowledge Base. Alternatively, the Help Wizard will guide them to a solution by asking a series of questions. If a customer can not find a solution, a request can be logged for internal investigation. Solutions to new problems automatically update the Knowledge Base and Help Wizard for future inquiries. By allowing customers to solve their own problems, customer support costs decrease.
